un comprimé - a pill

Buvez un peu d'eau afin de lubrifier les parois de la gorge. Penchez légèrement la tête vers l'arrière et placez le comprimé sur l'arrière de la langue. Prenez une gorgée d'eau. Avalez en abaissant lentement le menton.

Drink a little water to lubricate the lining of the throat.  Tilt your head slightly back and place the pill on the back of your tongue.  Take a gulp of water.  Swallow while slowly lowering your chin.
